Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Charging Problem Solution
Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Not Charging! Case: Mobile phone works well, there is no problem if battery has charge on it. When I connect it to charger which shows current drawing on charge, there was no current drawing on charge. (first line and second value is zero althought it connects to mobile.) Solution: Let's Measure Some Points! First point is 5v Vbus from charger station, there was 5v. This means our connector, and flex are good. This point goes to OVP IC (Over Voltage Protection IC), there is an input capacitor, this point also has 5V. The second capacitor placed upperside of OVP is output capacitor of OVP circuit. There should be 5V if OVP is also good. But there is no voltage on this point ! This can be caused by damaged OVP or any short on output line, when I measure short circuit on this capacitor, no faulty, It means OVP is damaged. Solution is Changing OVP IC by new one! or another aspirine solution ( I never recommend this but it's a solution too ) You can short i
