This IC's manufacturer is Qualcomm. Chipset is Snapdragon 675, relased 10-23-2018. It has 8 cores with 2Ghz maximum clock speed. As a CPU; Octa-Core 2 processors 2x2Ghz Kryo 460 Gold (Dual-core) and 6x1.7 Ghz Kryo 460 Silver (Hexa-core). As a GPU (Graphical Proccessor Unit) : Qualcomm Adreno 612 (845 Mhz), 11nm transistor size and 64 Bit ARMv8-A(A32,A64) architecture, no Level 1 cache, 896Kb Level 2 Cache and 1MB Level 3 Cache. LPDDR4X ram supported(2x16 bit 1866Mhz).

iPhone 7 Plus Audio Problem Speaker Icon Passive (grayed-Out) on Calls Case : There is no sound on calls, Voice Recorder doesn't record anything, Speaker Icon on calls is greyed-out. Solution : This issue generally (for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus) occurs when Audio Ic damaged or has broken lines/pads under the chip. I have experienced this issue because of bad front camera flex several times also. Removing Audio IC: Remove the Audio IC, and remove soldermask on lines with a sharp and thin knife carefully like image below. and solder very thin copper cable along lines to the pads, then apply solder mask on the lines (not pads) line on image below:  keep main board under the UV light (to get to ready solder mask) for about ten mins, so you can install the same audio ic back. Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Boot Repair G3221 with UFI (DONE)

Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Bricked! Case:   XA1 Ultra is flashed with wrong firmware (another type of XA1 ultra < he said G3223 >, but not G3221) and can not be flashed by Setool anymore! Setool find the phone for the first time (over MTK Port) by pressing vol dn and connecting usb cable and result an error like below: PLEASE ATTACH TURNED OFF PHONE NOW PRESS AND HOLD "BACK" OR "VOLUME DOWN" BUTTON ... S1BOOT NOT DETECTED FAILED TO SETUP PHONE Elapsed: 5 seconds Solution: XA1 ultra has 32gb emmc ( HBG4a2, SK Hynix ) BGA 221 package, not epoxied, there is no glue under the chip, so easy to remove from board. Emmc boot config should be enabled for Boot Partition 1 .  I removed the chip, reballed and connected it to UFIBOX, there was no any abnormal situation with the chip, boot config was correct, partitions are ok. I have another alive XA1 Ultra G3221, I removed the emmc chip and read boot1, boot2 partitions and  and exdcsd.bin. Just wrote these files to bricked on

Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Charging Problem Solution

 Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra Not Charging! Case:  Mobile phone works well, there is no problem if battery has charge on it. When I connect it to charger which shows current drawing on charge, there was no current drawing on charge. (first line and second value is zero althought it connects to mobile.) Solution: Let's Measure Some Points! First point is 5v Vbus from charger station, there was 5v. This means our connector, and flex are good. This point goes to OVP IC (Over Voltage Protection IC), there is an input capacitor, this point also has 5V. The second capacitor placed upperside of OVP is output capacitor of OVP circuit. There should be 5V if OVP is also good. But there is no voltage on this point ! This can be caused by damaged OVP or any short on output line, when I measure short circuit on this capacitor, no faulty, It means OVP is damaged. Iphone 7 Charging Problem Solution (Done)

Apple Iphone 7 Not Charging! Case : Apple Iphone 7 not charging, nothing happens when connect the charger and just 1mA current drive on USB charging cable power line. Phone works well with a charged battery, also there is no effect when phone is powered on and charger plugged. Expected behaviour of the when the battery not connected and charger connected is valid voltage generated on VDD_MAIN line (about 4v) and boot loop on the screen about 6-7 sec. periods, and current drawing 17mA, 50mA, 110mA, 200mA and zero respectively. This issue can be caused by the charging flex, but changing charging flex resulted the same symthoms. Not charging, no current draw! Second suspecious part(s) are the parts placed arround charge flex b2b connector on board or itself of the connector, and there was no problems at all.
